ALLIED RE-SIGN FOR NK GOLD CLUB

NK Theatre Arts are delighted to announce that Stockport’s Allied Bakeries has renewed their support for the Charity for a further 12 months as members of NK’s Gold Club.  The club sees Allied receive tickets to performances for staff as well as receiving exclusive advertising within The Forum Theatre in Romiley where the theatre company is based.

NK uses support from The Gold Club to help upgrade facilities and equipment for the members who take part in weekly performing arts sessions as well as the dozens of other community groups who use The Forum Theatre for their own events.

Jackie Dootson, Business Development Trustee from NK said “We are extremely grateful for the continued support of Allied Bakeries and are delighted that they have renewed as Gold Club members.  The funds raised from this scheme allows us to make improvements and purchases which just would not be possible otherwise.  We have over 40,000 people, primarily from Stockport that visit the theatre every year and each time they come we want their experience to be the best it can be.  The quality of events on the stage is fantastic and we continue to strive to make improvements to enhance our work.  It’s thanks to the support of businesses like Allied Bakeries that allow us to do that.”

Carl Hampson from Allied said “We are pleased to be able to continue to support the great work of NK Theatre Arts.  It does so much for the local community, working with countless children and young people, giving them a place to gain confidence, learn life skills and enjoy some brilliant experiences.  These are values which we very much believe in and we are delighted to be members of The Gold Club for another year.”

NK’s Gold Club currently enjoys the support of some major Stockport businesses including C&C Insurance Brokers, Cheshire Data Systems, Clarke Nicklin, Essential Personnel, Inside Magazine, Leonard Curtis, Life Leisure, Marketing Stockport, Thomas Lardner, Robinson’s Brewery and Starkey as well as headline sponsors Midshire Business Systems.
